KhataShri Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Inwebbo Private Limited collects through the KhataShri app and the website khatashri.com, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices and rights you have. Whenever the app asks for your consent, it first shows a short notice of its own that lists the data and the purpose; that notice and this policy say the same thing.
This policy is a notice to you. It is not a contract. The Terms of Use are a separate agreement.
The app today
The current version of KhataShri has no account, no internet connection, no ads and no statistics. It collects nothing: your books stay on your phone, and nothing about you or them reaches us. Section 4.1 describes it.
The rest of section 4, and sections 7 to 9, describe features planned for later versions. They apply only when your version of the app has the feature and you use it. The app tells you before any of them starts.
In short
- Your books are yours. The records you keep in KhataShri (the people you deal with, their contact details, amounts, dates and notes) are your "Book Data". We never use Book Data for analytics, profiling, advertising or marketing. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models. It leaves your phone only when you sync it, back it up or share it, and then only for that purpose.
- Without an account, nothing about your books reaches us. The app works fully on your phone without signing in or connecting to the internet.
- Online features are optional. When they are available and you choose to use them, sign-in, sync, sharing, KhataShri Pro and notifications need us to process some personal data. Section 4 says what each one uses.
- Statistics, not profiles. Later versions may send statistics about how the app is used, counted across all users, to learn what to improve. They never contain Book Data and are never used to decide anything about you.
- You choose. Personalised ads, personalised promotions and marketing messages happen only with your consent, each asked for separately. You can withdraw any consent at any time in Settings or by writing to us. The app works the same whether or not you agree. The free plan may show ads.
- Your rights. You can ask for a summary of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act, and complain to our Grievance Officer and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
1. Who we are
KhataShri is made by Inwebbo Private Limited ("Inwebbo", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India. For the personal data we collect about you as a user (section 4), we are the Data Fiduciary.
- Registered office: 3rd floor, Omkara Towers, JDCC-IMR Road, Jalgaon 425002, Maharashtra, India.
- CIN: U72501MH2021PTC354845.
- Email: admin@inwebbo.com.
- Website: khatashri.com.
The person who can answer questions about your personal data on our behalf is our Grievance Officer (section 15).
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- the KhataShri app for Android, in every version and plan (the free plan and KhataShri Pro);
- the website khatashri.com and pages we host for KhataShri, such as a shared ledger page or the account-deletion page;
- messages you exchange with us: support, feedback and grievances.
It does not cover apps, websites or services run by others, even when KhataShri opens them for you, such as WhatsApp or another app you share a PDF with, Google Play, or your UPI app. Their own policies apply.
3. Words used in this policy
- Personal data: any data about an individual who can be identified by or in relation to that data.
- You: the person using KhataShri.
- Book Data: everything you record in a book. That is book names; parties (the customers, suppliers, borrowers, lenders and others you deal with) and anything you note about them, such as name, phone number, email or address; entries, amounts, dates, notes and expense accounts; and the balances, reports and statements made from them.
- Account Data: data about you as a user of an online feature, such as your name, email address, account identifier and sign-in history.
- Device and Usage Data: technical data about the app on your device and how it is used, such as app version, device model, Android version, language, settings, crash reports, identifiers made by the app or by Android, and the features you use. It never includes Book Data.
- Free plan: KhataShri without a paid subscription. KhataShri Pro: the paid plan.
- Data Fiduciary, Data Processor and Data Protection Board: as in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). A Data Fiduciary decides why and how personal data is processed. A Data Processor processes it on a Data Fiduciary's behalf.
4. What KhataShri collects, feature by feature
4.1 The app on your phone, without an account
Everything you enter is stored only on your phone, in storage private to the app, and works without an internet connection. Other apps cannot read it, and Inwebbo cannot see it.
Data leaves the app on your phone only when you act:
- PDFs. When you view or share a statement or report, the app makes a PDF and hands it to the app you choose. After that, the PDF is held by that app and whoever you send it to.
- Backup files. When you save a backup, the app writes one file to the place you choose. The file is encrypted with a key that is the same in every copy of the app. This keeps the file from being read by casual inspection, but it is not a password: anyone who has the file and the KhataShri app can restore it. Keep a backup file as carefully as you keep your books.
- Links and messages you send. If a version of the app lets you send a balance, a link or a reminder, it opens your own WhatsApp, SMS or other app with the message filled in. You decide whether to send it, and it goes from your account in that app, not from us.
If you have chosen in your phone's settings to share usage and diagnostics with Google, Google may send us reports when the app crashes or stops responding. That is Google's processing, under your Google settings. These reports describe the fault; the app is built so that they never contain Book Data.
4.2 Core online features (when available)
These are the features that make an account work. Before you sign in, the app's notice lists them; signing in after reading it is your consent to them. We process only the data each one needs.
- Sign in with Google creates your KhataShri account, which the online features need. From Google we receive your Google account identifier, name and email address; we never receive your Google password. We create an account identifier, and a session for each device you sign in on.
- Devices and sessions let you see and sign out the devices on your account. We process a device identifier made by the app, the device's name or model, when it was first and last seen, and sign-in and sign-out times.
- Sync keeps your books the same on every device signed in to your account. We store your Book Data on our servers on your behalf (section 5), with records of what was uploaded and when.
- Sharing shares a party's ledger or a whole book with another person, by link or by invitation. We process the content you share and the link. Your name is shown to the people you share with and on the shared page. The names of the accounts that open your share in the app, and whether it was opened on the web, are shown to you. For a shared book, we process its members and their access.
- Invitations and referrals let us know that someone installed KhataShri from a link you shared, so that a referral can be counted or rewarded. The link carries a code that identifies you as the sender, and we record whether an installation or sign-in came from it.
- KhataShri Pro is sold through Google Play. From Google Play we receive the product, purchase token, order identifier, status, and start, renewal and expiry dates. Google handles payment; we never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- Notifications tell your device there is something to sync, or give you a service alert. We process a notification token issued for your device by Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, linked to your account and device. Notifications carry no Book Data.
- Security and service records keep the service working and secure, and let us investigate misuse. We keep server and access logs: IP address, device and account identifiers, requests made, times and errors. They never contain Book Data.
4.3 Statistics about use (when available)
To understand how KhataShri is used across all its users (which features are used, where people struggle, what to improve, and what makes the app fail), a later version of the app may send us statistics about its use and reports of its crashes. The app tells you before it first sends them.
- What is sent: counts and events, such as screens opened, features used (for example, which kind of entry form was opened, or that an entry was saved, never what was saved), errors shown and how long a session lasted; and, when the app crashes, a description of the fault (the code that failed, the screen it happened on, memory and storage state). With them go the app version, device type, Android version, language and approximate region (from a shortened IP address).
- What is never sent: Book Data (no names, amounts, notes, dates of entries, party details or balances), and your name, email or account.
- How events are grouped: some statistics are only counts for each app version. Others link the events of one session with an identifier that is forgotten when the app closes, or link events over time with a random identifier the app makes for this purpose alone. That identifier is never linked to your account, your advertising ID or anything you type.
- What it is used for: statistics across users, and fixing faults, only. It is never used to decide anything about you, to change what the app does for you, or to choose ads, promotions or offers for you. The data is read only to make reports and find faults, and only the people who work on the product see it.
- Your choice: you can turn statistics and crash reports off in Settings. The app works the same either way.
4.4 Optional features that need your consent (when available)
Each of these is off until you turn it on, after a notice that explains it. Turning one off is as easy as turning it on, in Settings.
- Personalised ads are partner ads chosen from your interests across apps and sites. Section 7 says what is processed.
- Personalised promotions are our own promotions suited to how you use the app, for example a tip about a feature you have not tried. They are worked out on your phone from which features you use. They never use Book Data or the statistics of section 4.3.
- Marketing messages are news, tips and offers by email, push notification, SMS or WhatsApp, for the channels you choose. We process your name, the contact details you give us for this, your choice of channels, and whether messages were delivered or opened.
4.5 Other things we may process
- Partner ads, non-personalised (when available), are part of the free plan, as its terms say. The app tells you before they are first shown. Section 7 says what is processed.
- Our own promotions are messages inside the app about KhataShri features, KhataShri Pro or offers. They are chosen on your device from your app version, settings and plan, or from your account's plan. No Book Data is used, and nothing is sent to anyone.
- Feature configuration (when available) turns features on or off, rolls changes out gradually, and switches off a fault quickly. It is decided by app version, at random on your device, or for an internal group such as testers, with no identifier sent. If we ever use an identifier for it, we will change this policy first.
- Linking a party to a phone contact (when available) lets you pick a contact from your phone for a party, so that their number or email is filled in. Only the contact you pick is used, and it becomes part of that party in your Book Data. The app does not read, upload or keep the rest of your contacts.
- Support and feedback: we process what you send us, your email address or phone number, and anything you choose to attach. If you send a screenshot, backup or PDF to help with a problem, it may contain Book Data; we use it only to help you, and delete such attachments when the matter is closed.
- The website tells people about KhataShri and hosts the legal pages, shared ledger pages and the account-deletion page. Its server keeps logs: IP address, browser, pages requested and time. If the website ever uses cookies or similar technologies for statistics or advertising, it will ask for your consent first.
We may combine data within your account, for example to show your devices on the account page. We never combine Device and Usage Data with Book Data, and we never link statistics to your account, name or email.
We keep a record of the notices we show you, the consents you give and withdraw, and the version of the terms you accepted, so that we can show what you agreed to.
4.6 New features and new purposes
If we add a feature that uses personal data in a way this policy does not describe, or want to use data for a new purpose, we will update this policy and, where consent is needed, ask for it in the app before we start. Nothing changes for you until then.
5. Your Book Data, and the people in it
5.1 Our commitment
Book Data is used only to:
- store, sync, back up, restore and share it, when and as you ask;
- keep the service secure, including detecting and preventing abuse;
- answer a support request you make, where you ask us to look at a specific record;
- comply with the law, a court order or a lawful request from a government authority.
We do not use Book Data for analytics, profiling, advertising or marketing. We do not sell it, rent it, use it to decide anything about the people in it, share it with partners, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. We do not make aggregate or "anonymised" statistics from it either.
Our systems keep simple facts about your books that are not their content: identifiers, the number and size of records, and when they changed. We use these only to run the service (capacity, sync, plan limits) and to keep it secure. They are not used for statistics or analytics.
Synced Book Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is not end-to-end encrypted: our servers can read it so that sync and sharing work. Staff access is limited to the four purposes above, and is logged.
5.2 Who is responsible for data about the people in your books
The people you record in your books (your customers, suppliers, borrowers and others) have not signed up with us. When you keep their details in KhataShri:
- You decide what to record and why. For data you keep for your business, you are the Data Fiduciary for it under the DPDP Act. For example, if a customer asks what you have recorded about them, or asks you to correct or delete it, that request is yours to answer; the app lets you view, change and delete what you recorded.
- We act only on your instructions. When you sync or share Book Data, we process it on your behalf, as your Data Processor, under the processing terms in Annex A of the Terms of Use. We have no purpose of our own for it.
- If someone asks us about data you hold about them, we will refer them to you, and help you respond where we reasonably can.
5.3 What you share is in your hands
When you share a ledger or a book, the people you share it with can see it, and those with write access can change it. When you send a PDF, backup or link, whoever receives it can read it and pass it on. We cannot recall what has been shared outside KhataShri.
6. Why we process personal data, and on what basis
- To provide the core online features you sign in for, and keep them secure (section 4.2), we process Account Data, Device and Usage Data, purchase data, notification tokens, and security and service records. The basis is your consent, given when you sign in after the app's notice, limited to the data each feature needs.
- To sync, back up and share Book Data, we process Book Data on your instructions, as your Data Processor (section 5.2).
- To prevent, detect and investigate fraud, abuse and offences, we process Account Data, Device and Usage Data, logs and service records. The basis is your consent at sign-in, and the prevention and detection of offences (section 17(1)(c) of the DPDP Act).
- To answer support requests and feedback, we process what you send us. The basis is that you gave it to us for that purpose (section 7(a) of the DPDP Act).
- To send service messages (security alerts, changes to our terms or this policy, purchase and account notices), we process Account Data. The basis is your consent at sign-in, and our legal duties to inform you.
- To learn how the app is used across users, what to improve and what makes it fail (section 4.3), we process statistics and crash reports. The basis is that this processing is for statistical purposes and is not used to take any decision about you, under section 17(2)(b) of the DPDP Act and the standards in its Rules. Where the law requires consent instead, we will ask for it.
- To show non-personalised partner ads and our own promotions in the free plan, we process the advertising data in section 7, and your app version, settings and plan. This is part of the free plan under the Terms, after a notice in the app.
- To show personalised ads and personalised promotions, we process the advertising data in section 7, and the features you use, worked out on your phone. The basis is your separate consent for each.
- To send marketing messages, we process your contact details and preferences. The basis is your separate consent, for each channel.
- To comply with the law, court orders and lawful requests, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we process the data needed. The basis is our legal obligations, court orders (section 7(e) of the DPDP Act) and legal claims (section 17(1)(a)).
Consent is always given by a clear action, such as a tap on a button that says what it does. It is never assumed from using the app, and never hidden in the terms. Refusing or withdrawing consent, or turning statistics off, never stops you from using the app, and is never punished.
We may publish or share statistics that cannot reasonably identify anyone, such as the number of active installations or the share of users on each Android version. They are never made from Book Data.
Until the DPDP Act's main duties take effect, we also comply with section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules on reasonable security practices and sensitive personal data made under it.
7. Advertising
The free plan may show ads in later versions. This section applies only when it does.
- Our own promotions are about KhataShri: its features, KhataShri Pro and offers. They are chosen without sending personal data to anyone.
- Partner ads are served by advertising partners: Google AdMob and, where we use them, other ad networks through Google's mediation. We list them on our website. Ads are part of the free plan, as the Terms say, and the app tells you before partner ads are first shown.
- What partners' software collects: to serve and measure ads, cap how often you see one, and prevent ad fraud, partners' software in the app collects from your device your IP address, the device's advertising ID, device and app information, diagnostics, and your interactions with ads. Google's software may also collect the device's App Set ID, for analytics and fraud prevention.
- Cookies and similar technologies: partners and other third parties may place and read cookies, or use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers, as a result of serving ads.
- Partners' own policies: partners process this data under their own privacy policies. For Google, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services" at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Personalised ads use data about your interests across apps and sites. They are shown only if you consent to them. Otherwise partner ads are non-personalised or limited: identifiers may still be used for contextual ads, frequency capping, measurement, reporting and fraud prevention, but not to target you.
- Never from your finances: ads are never personalised from information about your finances.
- Identifiers: we use the advertising ID only for advertising and analytics. We never link it to your account, name or email, and never link a reset advertising ID to the old one. We never use the App Set ID for advertising.
- Your controls: you can change your choices in the app's Settings at any time. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, under Settings, Privacy, Ads, or Settings, Google, Ads, depending on your phone.
- Never in ads: Book Data. We never pass names, amounts, notes, party details or balances to advertising partners, and ads are never chosen from what is in your books.
- KhataShri Pro may remove ads, as its offer screen says.
Ads are labelled as ads, never look like part of the app, and never block its features. We do not show ads to children or target them.
8. Who we share personal data with
We share personal data only as this policy describes:
- Service providers who process data for us under contract and only on our instructions: cloud hosting and storage, databases, email and message delivery, customer support tools, crash reporting and statistics tools, and security services. These may include Google (Firebase, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) and the companies that host our servers. Some, such as Google Analytics, also apply their own terms to the data they receive. We list our service providers by category on our website, and tell you their names on request.
- Google, when you use Google services through KhataShri: Sign in with Google, Google Play (downloads, purchases, subscriptions, reviews) and, where used, Google's advertising and Firebase services. Google's own privacy policy also applies.
- Advertising partners, as section 7 describes.
- People you share with, as section 5.3 describes.
- Authorities, where the law requires it: courts, regulators, CERT-In, the Data Protection Board, law enforcement and other government agencies, when we are lawfully required to, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act; and where needed to prevent or investigate an offence, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or Inwebbo, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and insurers, under confidentiality.
- A successor business. If Inwebbo or the KhataShri business is merged, amalgamated, reorganised, acquired or sold, in whole or in part, personal data may pass to the successor as part of that transaction. We will tell you before it does, and you may then withdraw your consent, save a backup of your books, or delete your account. The successor may use the data only as this policy allows, unless you agree to something else.
- Anyone else, with your consent.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as their work needs, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and confidential.
9. Where data is stored
Data you sync, and data our services collect, may be stored and processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. We transfer personal data outside India only as the law permits, and never to a country or territory the Government of India restricts. Wherever data is processed, this policy and our security safeguards apply to it.
10. How long we keep data, and what deleting cannot erase
10.1 How long we keep data
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. The periods below are for that use.
Separately, where the law requires data to be kept for a minimum period, we keep a restricted copy, only for the purposes the law names, for that period, and then delete it. The DPDP Rules, for example, require personal data, traffic data and logs of processing to be kept for at least one year from the processing, for purposes of the State that the Rules list; and the Information Technology rules require some records to be kept for 180 days after an account is closed.
- Book Data on your phone is kept until you delete it or remove the app. We cannot reach it, except through sync (section 10.2).
- Book Data on our servers is kept while the book is synced or shared. A record, book or share you delete is removed from our live systems when the deletion reaches our servers, and from backups as they are replaced. The identifiers of deleted records (not their content) are kept so that a deleted record is never brought back by a sync or a restore: on your phone, in the app's own storage, for as long as that storage exists, which is until the app is removed or its data cleared, whether or not an account exists; on our servers, until the account is deleted.
- Account Data is kept while your account exists.
- Server backups are replaced on a rolling basis, within 30 days. Data in a backup is used only to recover the service.
- Security, access and traffic logs are kept for one year, and longer only where the law requires. They never contain Book Data.
- Content removed for breaching our terms, and records about it, are kept for 180 days, or longer if a court or government agency requires.
- Consent and acceptance records are kept as long as needed to show what you agreed to.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 8 years.
- Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
- Statistics events are kept for up to 14 months, then deleted or kept only as totals that identify no one.
- Notification tokens and installation identifiers are kept until you sign out on that device, the token changes, or the device stops using the app; our service providers then purge them within 180 days.
- Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent, and a record of your choice for as long as needed to respect it.
- Support attachments that contain Book Data are kept until the matter is closed. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years after the matter is closed, unless they relate to a dispute.
- Inactive accounts: if an account has not been used for 24 months, we may delete it and its synced books after telling you at least 60 days in advance. Books on your phone stay.
10.2 What deleting cannot erase
When you delete an entry, a party or a book, the app removes it from its storage on your phone; only its identifier is kept, so that it does not come back. On a book that is not synced, no copy remains. On a synced book, the deletion goes to our servers, which delete what they hold, and to your other signed-in phones and the people the book is shared with; until the deletion has reached our servers and the next sync has cleared it, a copy the servers had sent may remain in the app's own storage on your phone.
A delete cannot remove:
- PDFs you have already shared;
- backup files you have already exported. They keep what the books held when they were made. Restoring a backup on the same phone does not replace what is there or bring back what this app remembers deleting, but restoring it in a fresh installation can bring back records deleted after the file was made;
- words a keyboard app may have learned while you typed. The app asks keyboards not to learn, but cannot force them;
- that your account exists, and the sizes and times of sync that our servers see;
- server backups, until they rotate (locked copies only);
- data the law requires us to keep for a minimum period (section 10.1).
Synced books on other phones: a synced book follows the changes and deletions made on any phone signed in to the account, and a shared book follows those made by its owner and members. If your account is deleted while another of your phones is still signed in, that phone may lose its copy; to keep it, sign out in the app on that phone first.
If our servers fail: if we ever have to restore our servers from a backup, changes made shortly before the failure (up to about an hour) may be lost, and records deleted in that time may come back. If that happens, we will tell you.
Your phone's own backup does not include KhataShri's data. If you remove the app, its books are removed with it, unless they are synced; save a backup first if you want to keep them.
11. Security
We protect personal data with reasonable security safeguards, including:
- encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption of stored data on our servers;
- access to personal data limited to the people and service providers who need it, with access controls and logs of access;
- monitoring and review of logs to detect, investigate and fix unauthorised access;
- backups and recovery procedures, so that the service can continue if something fails;
- contracts that require our service providers to apply similar safeguards.
On your phone, KhataShri keeps its data in storage private to the app and encrypts its database with a key that is itself protected by Android's Keystore. It asks keyboards not to learn what you type, removes deleted data from its storage as section 10.2 describes, and keeps names and amounts out of its logs.
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your phone locked and your Google account secure, and keep backup files private.
If a breach happens: if a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you without delay, in the app or by email, what happened and when, the likely consequences, what we are doing about it, what you can do to protect yourself, and who to contact. We will report it to the Data Protection Board of India and to CERT-In as the law requires.
12. Your choices and rights
12.1 Choices in the app
- Use KhataShri without an account.
- Turn statistics and crash reports (section 4.3), and each optional feature (section 4.4), on or off in Settings.
- Turn off notifications in your phone's settings.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Stop sharing a ledger or book, or remove a member.
- Sign out a device, or delete your account (section 13).
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. It stops that processing from then on, and does not affect what was done before. If you withdraw consent that a feature needs, that feature stops, and the rest of the app keeps working. Where the law allows, you may also give, manage or withdraw consent through a consent manager registered with the Data Protection Board.
12.2 Your rights under the law
You have the right to:
- access: a summary of the personal data we process about you and what we do with it, and the identities of the other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors we have shared it with, with a description of what was shared;
- correction and erasure: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated, and have data erased when it is no longer needed for its purpose or you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- grievance redressal: complain to us and get a response;
- nomination: nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to (section 24.2 of the Terms of Use says how);
- complain to the Data Protection Board of India, after first using our grievance process.
To exercise these rights, use the controls in the app where they exist, or write to the Grievance Officer (section 15). Tell us the email address of your Google account and, if your request is about a device, which one, so that we can find your data. We may ask for more information to confirm it is you. We will respond within 30 days, and never later than the law allows. Some rights are limited by law, for example where we must keep data to comply with a legal obligation.
For data about you in someone else's books, please contact that person first: they decide what is recorded (section 5.2).
You also have duties under the DPDP Act: to give authentic information, not to impersonate anyone, not to suppress material information, and not to file false or frivolous complaints. The law can penalise a breach of these duties.
13. Deleting your account
When accounts are available, you can delete your KhataShri account in the app, under Settings, Account, or on our website at khatashri.com/delete-account, without reinstalling the app.
Deleting your account deletes your Account Data and your synced books from our live systems, as section 10 describes, and keeps only what the law requires. It does not delete the books on the phone you delete it from (section 10.2 says what happens on your other phones), and it does not cancel a KhataShri Pro subscription: cancel that in Google Play.
14. Children
KhataShri is for people aged 18 or over who run a business or keep their own accounts. It is not directed at children. The app asks you to confirm that you are 18 or over when you first open it, and again before you create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we never track, monitor the behaviour of, or target ads at children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact the Grievance Officer.
15. Grievance Officer and contact
For a question, complaint or request about your personal data, this policy, or content shared through KhataShri, contact our Grievance Officer, who can answer on our behalf:
- Designation: Grievance Officer.
- Email: admin@inwebbo.com.
- Address: Inwebbo Private Limited, 3rd floor, Omkara Towers, JDCC-IMR Road, Jalgaon 425002, Maharashtra, India.
We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours, with a reference number and a copy of your complaint as we recorded it. Where the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 apply to our online services, we resolve a complaint about them within 7 days, a request to remove content that is unlawful under those rules within 36 hours, and a complaint about intimate or morphed images within 2 hours. We resolve other complaints, including requests about your personal data, within 30 days. We may ask for information to confirm that a complaint is genuine, as the law allows.

16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add a feature, change a service provider, or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on our website and in the app. Once you use online features, we remind you of this policy as often as the law requires.
If we make a material change, we will tell you before it takes effect: in the app, when you next open it or in the update that brings the change, and by email where we have your address. If a change needs your consent, for example a new purpose for your data, we will ask for it, and nothing changes for you until you give it.
17. Language
This policy is published in English. The notices in the app that ask for your consent are shown in English and Hindi. If this policy is ever published in another language and the versions differ, the English version applies, to the extent the law allows.
