KhataShri

KhataShri Terms of Use

Version 1.0

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Effective from: 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Inwebbo Private Limited about your use of KhataShri. Please read them. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; it is a notice to you, not part of this agreement. Annex A, the processing terms for Book Data, is part of this agreement.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and needs no physical or digital signature. It is published under rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, to the extent those rules apply.

The main points

1. Who we are

KhataShri is provided by Inwebbo Private Limited, CIN U72501MH2021PTC354845, registered office 3rd floor, Omkara Towers, JDCC-IMR Road, Jalgaon 425002, Maharashtra, India ("Inwebbo", "we", "us"). Website: khatashri.com. Email: admin@inwebbo.com.

2. Agreeing to these terms

2.1 You accept these terms in the app: by continuing past its first screen, where they are linked, or by tapping to accept them when the app asks. We record which version you accepted and when. If you do not agree, do not use KhataShri.

2.2 Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. The app asks you to confirm this.

2.3 For a business. If you use KhataShri for a business, firm or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes it.

2.4 Other terms. Some features may come with additional terms, shown before you use them, for example a promotion, a referral programme or a preview feature. If they conflict with these terms, the additional terms apply to that feature.

3. Words used in these terms

4. What KhataShri is, and is not

4.1 A record-keeping aid. KhataShri lets you record what you sell, buy, lend, borrow, receive and pay, and see the balances, statements and reports made from what you record. Its figures are only as accurate as what you enter.

4.2 Not a lender or collector. Inwebbo does not lend money, arrange loans, collect debts, or hold, send or receive money on anyone's behalf. Any money you lend, borrow, owe or are owed is between you and the other person.

4.3 Not advice. Nothing in KhataShri is tax, legal, accounting, lending or financial advice. KhataShri does not calculate GST or any other tax, and files nothing. Consult a qualified professional.

4.4 Not statutory books. Entries in KhataShri can be edited and deleted, and by design KhataShri keeps no edit log or audit trail: it does not keep what an entry said before it was changed or deleted. It therefore does not keep the audit trail or edit log that the law requires of companies (rule 3(1) of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014) or of GST-registered persons (rule 56(8) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017). It is not your statutory books of account under any law, including section 62 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 and sections 35 and 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. If a law requires you to keep books or records, keep them in a system that complies, for as long as the law requires.

4.5 Money-lending laws. In many states, lending money as a business needs a licence or registration, and the law limits interest and requires accounts and statements to be given to borrowers (for example, the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014). If you lend money, you alone are responsible for any licence, interest limit, record or statement the law requires of you. KhataShri records the interest you type; it does not check whether a loan or a rate is lawful.

4.6 No compliance by using the app. Using KhataShri does not make you compliant with any law.

5. Using KhataShri

5.1 Licence. Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the KhataShri app on devices you own or control, and to use the Service, for your own personal or business record-keeping.

5.2 Your account. Some features need an account, created by signing in with Google. Keep your Google account and devices secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, sign out that device from the account page and tell us. An account is for one person. Do not share or sell it, or create accounts to get around a limit.

5.3 Updates. We may release updates. Some features, such as sync, may need a recent version of the app to keep working. Updates may add, change or remove features.

5.4 Devices and connections. You need a compatible Android device. Online features need an internet connection, and your carrier's charges apply. We do not promise that KhataShri will work on every device or Android version.

5.5 Your duties under the data protection law. When you use KhataShri, or exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you will give authentic information, not impersonate anyone, not suppress material information, and not file false or frivolous complaints.

6. Your books

6.1 You own your Book Data. We claim no ownership of it.

6.2 Permission to run the Service. When you use an online feature, you give us permission to handle your Book Data as that feature needs. To be precise, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, back up, transmit, display and process your Book Data. We use it only to provide the feature to you and the people you share with, to keep the Service secure, and to comply with the law. The licence ends when the Book Data is deleted from our systems, except for copies in backups until they are replaced and what the law requires us to keep (section 10 of the Privacy Policy).

6.3 What we will not do with it. We will not use Book Data for analytics, profiling, advertising or marketing, sell it, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

6.4 You are responsible for your records. You are responsible for what you enter, for checking it is correct, and for decisions you make or messages you send based on it. Check a balance before you ask anyone to pay it.

6.5 Backups. Without sync, your books are only on your phone. If the phone is lost, broken or reset, the app's data is cleared, or the app is removed, books that were not backed up or synced are lost. Sync is not a backup: a change or deletion on one device reaches the others. Keep your own backup files, and keep them private.

6.6 Deletion is permanent. A confirmed deletion cannot be undone by us. The app shows what a deletion will remove before you confirm it. Some copies are beyond the reach of a delete, such as PDFs and backup files already shared (section 10.2 of the Privacy Policy).

6.7 Always yours to view, export and delete. You can view, export (as PDF and backup files) and delete the Book Data on your phone at any time, on any plan, including after a subscription ends or your access to online features is suspended, unless the law requires otherwise. This does not cover a book someone else shares with you, which follows its owner's choices, or changes and deletions that reach your phone through sync from your other phones or from a shared book's owner and members.

7. Data about other people

7.1 Your books will usually contain personal data about other people: your customers, suppliers, borrowers and others. For that data you confirm and agree that:

(a) you decide what to record and why, and where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to you, you are the Data Fiduciary for it;

(b) you have a lawful basis for recording and sharing it, and you meet any duty the law places on you towards those people, including giving notice, getting consent where needed (including a parent's consent for a child), keeping it accurate, and answering their requests;

(c) you will record only what you need for your dealings with them;

(d) you will not use KhataShri to harass, threaten, shame or intimidate anyone, including to recover money, or to publish anyone's personal data without a lawful reason.

7.2 When you sync or share Book Data, we process the personal data in it on your behalf, as your Data Processor, under the processing terms in Annex A.

7.3 Picking a contact. If you pick a contact from your phone for a party, only that contact's details are added to your books. Pick only people you deal with.

8. Sharing

8.1 You decide what to share and with whom. When you share a party's ledger or a book, or send a PDF, backup file or link, the recipient can see what you share, and may keep, copy or pass it on. Members you give write access to can change and delete records in a shared book.

8.2 You start every share and choose who receives it. We do not initiate, choose the recipient of, or select or modify the content of what you share. We process it only automatically, for example to store it, encrypt it, or show it as a page or a PDF. Around a shared page we may show our name, a link to get the app and our own promotions, without changing what you shared.

8.3 You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it. We are not responsible for what recipients do with it, and we are not a party to any dispute between you and the people you deal with or share with.

8.4 Messages you send through your own WhatsApp, SMS or other app are sent by you, from your account, under that app's terms. You are responsible for their content and for following the law, including rules on unsolicited messages.

8.5 We may limit sharing, for example the number of links or members, and may disable a link or share that breaches these terms.

9. Acceptable use

9.1 You will use KhataShri lawfully, and only for keeping records. You will not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share, through KhataShri, any information that:

(a) belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;

(b) is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, is an online game that causes user harm, or promotes enmity between groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence;

(c) is harmful to children;

(d) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;

(e) deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of a message, or knowingly and intentionally communicates misinformation or information that is patently false, untrue or misleading;

(f) impersonates another person;

(g) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites the commission of any cognisable offence, prevents the investigation of any offence, or insults any other nation;

(h) contains a software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;

(i) is an online game that is not a permissible online game, or advertises or promotes one; or

(j) violates any law for the time being in force.

9.2 You will not:

(a) use KhataShri for unlicensed or unlawful money-lending, to charge interest above a lawful limit, for fraud or money laundering, or to record transactions you know to be unlawful;

(b) record or share entries you know to be false, to deceive anyone;

(c) copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the app, or try to derive its source code, except as the law expressly allows or an open-source licence permits for that component;

(d) access the Service by automated means, scrape it, probe or test its vulnerability, or get around any security measure, rate limit or plan limit;

(e) interfere with or overload the Service, or access data that is not yours;

(f) use the Service to send spam or to build a competing product;

(g) sell, rent, sublicense or resell the Service.

9.3 What happens if you do.

(a) For information that breaches section 9.1, or where the law or a lawful order requires it, we have the right to suspend or end your access to online features immediately, or to remove or disable access to the information concerned, or both. For other breaches, section 17 applies.

(b) You may be liable to penalties or punishment under the law.

(c) Where the law requires, we will report offences to the authorities, preserve the information and related records for 180 days or longer if a court or government agency requires, and give lawful authorities the information and help the law requires, within the time it sets.

We may review content that is reported to us, but we have no duty to monitor what you record or share.

10. The free plan, ads and promotions

10.1 The free plan includes KhataShri's core record-keeping features at no charge. We decide what the free plan and each paid plan include, and may change them, including limits such as the number of books, shares or devices. If we materially reduce the free plan, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before. A change never takes away your ability to view, export and delete the books on your phone.

10.2 The free plan may show ads from advertising partners and our own promotions, for KhataShri Pro, new features and offers. Partner ads are shown only as the Privacy Policy describes, with the choices it describes. Ads and promotions are labelled. Ads never block the app's features.

10.3 We are not responsible for advertisers' products, services or content. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

11. KhataShri Pro

11.1 Bought through Google Play. KhataShri Pro is sold through Google Play's billing system, under Google Play's terms for payment. Google Play takes the payment.

11.2 What you see before you buy. The price, the taxes, the billing period, what Pro includes, how renewal works and how to cancel are shown before you buy.

11.3 Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We remind you before an annual plan renews.

11.4 Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Google Play, under Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, or from "Manage subscription" in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.

11.5 Refunds.

(a) Google Play's own refund window and policies apply. After that, contact us.

(b) We refund the unused part of a period you have paid for if we end your Pro for any reason other than your fraud, abuse or unlawful use; if we discontinue Pro or the feature you paid for; or if Pro is materially unavailable and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

(c) Otherwise there is no refund for a partly used period, except where the law requires one.

11.6 Trials and introductory offers. If we offer one, its length, the price that follows, when it converts and how to cancel are shown before you start. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at that price.

11.7 Price changes. New prices apply to new purchases. For an existing subscription, a price increase applies only from a renewal at least 30 days after we tell you, and only if you accept it where Google Play requires that. If you do not accept, your subscription ends when the period you have paid for ends. We will give the reason for the change.

11.8 If Pro ends. When a subscription ends or a payment fails, Pro features stop, after any grace period Google Play or we offer. The books on your phone stay viewable, exportable and deletable. Features that need Pro may stop or become read-only, as the app explains; for example, syncing further changes, or write access for a shared book's members.

11.9 Changes to Pro. We may change what Pro includes. We will not materially reduce what Pro includes during a period you have already paid for, except for security or legal reasons; if we must, section 11.5(b) applies.

12. Changes, testing and availability

12.1 We develop KhataShri continuously. We may add, change, test, roll out gradually or remove features, including for some users or devices before others. We may switch features on or off remotely to do this, to keep the Service secure, or to fix a problem. Remote configuration only changes how the app's existing code behaves. It never downloads new code, and never starts collecting data that the Privacy Policy does not describe.

12.2 Preview features are offered as they are, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be less reliable.

12.3 Availability. We work to keep online features available, but they may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, failures or reasons beyond our control, and we do not promise any level of availability. Record-keeping on your phone does not depend on our servers.

12.4 Ending an online service. We may stop an online feature, or the online services as a whole. If we do, we will give you at least 90 days' notice, except where the law or a security risk requires sooner, so that you can make sure your books are on your phone and save a backup. Section 11.5(b) applies to Pro paid in advance.

13. Messages from us

13.1 Service messages. We send messages about your account, security, purchases, changes to these terms or the Privacy Policy, and the Service. They are part of the Service. Once you use sync or sharing, we remind you of these terms and the Privacy Policy as often as the law requires, in the app or by email.

13.2 Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, for the channels you choose. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings, or through the unsubscribe link or reply in each message. Consent to marketing is never a condition of using KhataShri.

13.3 Notifications can be turned off in your phone's settings. Turning them off may delay sync until you open the app.

14. Referrals, rewards and promotions

We may run referral programmes, rewards or promotions. Each has its own terms, shown next to the offer before you take part: who can take part, the reward, when it is earned, and any limits. Rewards may be given as KhataShri Pro credit. We may change or end a programme for the future, with notice; rewards already earned under its terms are honoured. Rewards may be withheld where we reasonably find fraud or abuse. Tax on a reward is your responsibility, and we deduct tax at source where the law requires.

15. Third-party services

KhataShri works with services run by others, such as Google (Sign in, Play, Firebase), WhatsApp, UPI apps and your phone's file and share features. Your use of them is governed by their terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

16. Intellectual property

16.1 KhataShri, including its software, design, text, graphics, the names "KhataShri" and "KhataShri Pro", its logos and the Inwebbo name, belongs to Inwebbo or its licensors and is protected by law. These terms give you no right to use our names or marks.

16.2 Open-source software. The app includes open-source components, used under their own licences, which are listed in the app under Settings, Open-source licences. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

16.3 Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you give us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose, without paying or crediting you, and without any duty of confidentiality. This gives us no right to your Book Data.

17. Suspension and termination

17.1 By you. You may stop using KhataShri at any time: sign out, delete your account (in the app under Settings, Account, or on our website) and remove the app.

17.2 By us, immediately. We may suspend or end your access to online features, or delete your account, immediately if the law, a court or a lawful authority requires it; to stop a security threat, fraud or abuse; for information that breaches section 9.1; or for a serious breach of these terms.

17.3 By us, after notice. For any other breach of these terms, we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to put it right before we suspend or end your access. We may also delete an account that has been inactive for the period stated in the Privacy Policy, after notice, and end online services under section 12.4.

17.4 What happens then. Suspension or termination does not remove the books on your phone: you can keep using the app to view, export and delete them, unless the law requires otherwise, and section 6.7 applies. Synced books and Account Data are handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 4, 6.4 to 6.7, 7, 9.3, 11.5, 16, 17.4 and 18 to 24, and Annex A for as long as we hold any of your Book Data, continue after termination.

18. Disclaimers

18.1 KhataShri is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise, express or implied, that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, that it will meet your needs or suit a particular purpose, or that any figure, report or statement it produces is accurate, complete or fit for any legal, tax or financial use.

18.2 We take reasonable care of Book Data on our servers. If we have to restore our servers from a backup after a failure, changes made shortly before the failure (up to about an hour) may be lost, and records deleted in that time may come back; we will tell you if that happens. We are not responsible for loss caused by:

18.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

19. Limitation of liability

19.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, Inwebbo, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, arising from or related to KhataShri or these terms.

19.2 To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to KhataShri or these terms, in any 12 months, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for KhataShri Pro in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, and (b) ₹5,000.

19.3 Sections 19.1 and 19.2 do not limit our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law.

20. Indemnity

You will indemnify Inwebbo, its directors, employees and agents against any claim by a third party, and any action by a regulator or authority, and the resulting loss, penalty and reasonable cost (including legal fees), to the extent it arises from:

(a) your breach of these terms or of any law, including laws on lending, tax and record-keeping and your duties towards the people whose data is in your books;

(b) Book Data you record or share in breach of these terms or of the law; or

(c) your fraud or wilful misconduct.

This does not apply to the extent the claim or loss was caused by us.

21. Events beyond our control

Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, riots, government action, power or internet failures, failures of hosting or other service providers, or cyber attacks we could not reasonably prevent. If such an event stops Pro for more than 30 days in a row, we refund the paid time lost.

22. Governing law and disputes

22.1 Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

22.2 Talk to us first. If you have a complaint or dispute, contact the Grievance Officer (section 23). We will try to resolve it within 30 days.

22.3 Consumers. If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may instead take the dispute to the appropriate consumer commission, including where you live or work, or to the National Consumer Helpline. Nothing in these terms takes that away. You may choose arbitration under section 22.4 instead.

22.4 Arbitration. Any other dispute arising from or related to KhataShri or these terms will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement between you and us or, if we do not agree within 30 days, as section 11 of that Act provides. The seat and venue of arbitration is Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Hearings may be held by video. The language is English. Claims proceed individually, to the extent the law permits.

22.5 Courts. Subject to sections 22.3 and 22.4, the courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Either of us may ask a competent court for urgent interim relief.

22.6 Your other rights. Nothing in this section limits your right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the Grievance Appellate Committee, or any other authority the law allows.

23. Grievance Officer

For a complaint about KhataShri, these terms, content shared through KhataShri, a purchase, or your personal data, contact:

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours, with a reference number and a copy of your complaint as we recorded it. Where the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 apply to our online services, we resolve a complaint about them within 7 days, a request to remove information that breaches section 9.1(b), (c) or (e) to (i) within 36 hours, and a complaint about intimate or morphed images within 2 hours. We resolve other complaints, including requests about your personal data, within 30 days. We may ask for information to confirm that a complaint is genuine, as the law allows. Where those rules apply, you may appeal our decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days.

24. General

24.1 Changes to these terms. We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version is always in the app and on our website.

(a) A change that does not reduce your rights, such as a clarification or a description of a new feature, takes effect when we publish it.

(b) For a material change, we tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect: in the app, when you next open it or in the update that brings the change, and by email where we have your address. A shorter time applies only where the law or a security risk requires it. A material change to fees, liability or how disputes are resolved needs your acceptance in the app. For a paid subscription, a material change takes effect from your next renewal.

(c) If you do not accept a change that needs your acceptance, it does not apply to you, but we may then end your access to online features, with section 11.5(b) applying to Pro paid in advance. You can keep the books on your phone, as section 6.7 says.

(d) A change does not apply to a dispute that arose before it.

24.2 Nomination. You may nominate a person to exercise your rights over your personal data if you die or become unable to. Write to the Grievance Officer with the email address of your Google account and your nominee's name and contact details. We act on the nominee's request after receiving reasonable proof of death or incapacity, and of their identity.

24.3 Whole agreement. These terms, Annex A, what is shown at purchase, and any additional terms under section 2.4 are the whole agreement between you and us about KhataShri. Google Play's terms govern payment.

24.4 Assignment. We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms to an affiliate, or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of all or part of our business, provided the successor is bound by these terms. We will tell you before we do, and you may then end your account, with section 11.5(b) applying to Pro paid in advance. You may not transfer your rights or duties without our written consent.

24.5 Severability. If any part of these terms is found void or unenforceable, including by a consumer commission, it is enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the rest remains in force.

24.6 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.

24.7 Notices. We may give you notice in the app, by email to the address of your Google account where we hold it, or on our website. You may give us notice at admin@inwebbo.com or at our registered office.

24.8 Language. These terms are published in English. If they are ever published in another language and the versions differ, the English version applies, to the extent the law allows.

24.9 Relationship. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and us.

Annex A: Processing terms for Book Data

These terms apply when Inwebbo processes personal data contained in your Book Data on your behalf, through sync, sharing or support you ask for. They are the contract between you (as Data Fiduciary, where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to you) and Inwebbo (as Data Processor) under section 8(2) of that Act.

A.1 Instructions. You instruct Inwebbo to process this data only to provide the features you use (storing, syncing, backing up, restoring, sharing with the people you choose, and support you ask for), to keep the Service secure, and to comply with the law. Using a feature is your instruction to process for it. Inwebbo will not process the data for any other purpose, and in particular not for analytics, profiling, advertising or marketing, sale, or training AI or machine-learning models.

A.2 Confidentiality. Inwebbo ensures that people it authorises to process the data are bound by confidentiality, and that their access is limited to what the purposes in A.1 need, and logged.

A.3 Security. Inwebbo maintains reasonable security safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access control, logging and monitoring of access, and backups to keep the Service running, as section 11 of the Privacy Policy describes. You agree that these are the reasonable security practices and procedures agreed between us for the purposes of section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, for as long as that section applies.

A.4 Sub-processors. You authorise Inwebbo to engage hosting, storage and other service providers to process the data, under written contracts with protections no less than these. Inwebbo remains responsible to you for them. Inwebbo lists its sub-processors by category on its website, and tells you their names on request.

A.5 Breaches. Inwebbo notifies you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the data, with what it knows of its nature, extent, timing and likely consequences, what it is doing, and who to contact. It gives you reasonable help to meet your own duties to inform the people affected and the authorities, and makes the reports the law requires of it.

A.6 Requests from people in your books. Inwebbo refers to you any request it receives from a person about data in your books, and gives you reasonable help to respond, through the app's features (which let you view, correct, export and delete records) or otherwise.

A.7 Stopping and deleting. When you delete a record, book or share, stop a share, or delete your account, Inwebbo stops processing the data concerned and deletes it from its live systems, and from backups as they are replaced, except where the law requires the data to be kept for a minimum period. Data kept for that reason is restricted to the purposes the law names, and deleted when the period ends.

A.8 Location. The data may be processed in India and other countries, as the law permits (section 9 of the Privacy Policy).

A.9 Information. Inwebbo gives you the information reasonably needed to show that it complies with these terms.

A.10 Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data and of your instructions (section 7 of these terms).

A.11 Successors. These processing terms pass with these terms under section 24.4.
